Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using AI Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Prompts, source images and generated content
You remain responsible for prompts and source images you submit, as well as how you use generated results. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to content created for other users, and should be reviewed before publication or commercial use.
You must own or have the necessary permission to upload and transform each source image. Uploading an image does not transfer ownership of it to AI Studio.
Acceptable use
Do not use AI Studio for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative or rights-infringing activity, attempts to bypass security or credit controls, or content that violates applicable provider policies.
Do not upload identity documents, financial or medical records, confidential material, intimate images without consent, or images containing personal data you are not authorized to process.
Credits and payments
Credits are a usage unit for image generation and are not money, transferable property or a financial instrument. Prices, credit rates and model costs may change prospectively.
When Stripe checkout is enabled, one-time credit purchases will also be subject to the terms shown at payment. Refund eligibility will follow applicable law and the policy displayed at purchase.
Models and service availability
AI providers, models, generation speed and features may change or become unavailable. We may suspend service for maintenance, security or abuse prevention without guaranteeing uninterrupted access.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, AI Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from generated content, provider outages or use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by a revised update date or an appropriate notice. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page.
